PVC mesh is a kind of openwork knitted fabric, which is durable and elastic. PVC-coated polyester mesh is one of the most commonly used materials in the world. Coated fabrics are used in a variety of applications, such as tennis court screens, garden tarps, barrier fabrics, and more. It may not have great fading properties, but it is meant to last. Popular due to affordability. Available in different weights and strengths, it can be used for everything from tote bags to patio lifts, banners, truck tarps, and more. Most woven vinyl mesh fabrics have polyester yarn as the core and then extruded with vinyl (also known as PVC). Each yarn is individually extruded and bonded to the polyester core yarn. The PVC coating means that no moisture can reach the polyester, making it very durable and will not wear out from cold weather freeze-thaws.

Many PVC mesh fabrics use 100% polyester yarn as a base, but our PVC/olefin blends are slightly different. As the name suggests, this fabric is woven from a blend of PVC-coated polyester fibers and soft olefin fibers, adding extra softness without compromising strength.

The strength and dimensional stability of vinyl-coated polyester mesh fabric depends on a variety of factors, including the original thickness of the polyester yarn (also known as denier number), the strength of the yarn (technically called "toughness"), and the density of the yarn woven together (in layman's terms, how many yarns per inch). The thicker the yarn and the more yarn per inch, the stronger the fabric will eventually be.

4. Temperature resistance: With extra anti-cold agent, it can hold -50℃, with good low temperature flexibility, good adaptability to environmental temperature changes from -50 up to 70℃.

5. Good mildew-resistant: With pure raw material and anti-mildew agents, it can be applied for moist, wet, hot, environment. 

6. Chemical resistance: Strong chemical corrosion resistance, suitable for special occasions.

7. Fire resistance: According to client’s demand, highly fire resistant can be produced, up to NFPA-701, B1 or M1 standard, we can test it in SGS lab if clients demand.
